Hey, just seems you're doing the best you can.
    Good luck solving this!

Thanks. I'm hoping the Front PWB was the culprit, we've replaced almost everything else at this point.

Ok well they didn't call us back for over a month after the Front PWB but they said it is back, no clue what to do for this thing at this point.

Have you tried the laser unit? We had something like this and everything was pointing to a high voltage issue but after replacing everything we finally tried the laser and that ended up being the issue.

No that is the one thing we haven't tried, I actually ordered a new drum and developer today because even though they are newer we haven't tried them since this problem started. If they don't work we can try the laser.

meanwhile we have had several cases like yours and diff. solutions needed.
DK unit, dk drive incl. motor, transfer belt, complete conveying unit, laser, etc.
Now we have had 2 cases with missing clip on belt shaft.
Without this clip we got sometimes grounding problem.
System now is working fine since 1 month.

Thanks for posting this, I'll have the tech take a look at this when he goes back to put in the new drum and developer.

Well the tech went out today and found that there was no clip there so he put one on it and we are waiting to see what happens. That belt came from Kyocera new just a couple of months ago so it has to be something that isn't being put on when they are manufactured. We may have been chasing a problem that Kyocera caused.

Incredible. If this holds you owe KYO_OEM a beer.
