    Kyocera 3051ci account ID

Picked this unit up wholesale and it comes up with "enter account ID" screen. Can't seem to get into service mode either. Is there any way to get around this or get into service mode to do a HDD format or machine initialization?
    TIA

If you know the IP address you can do a Prescribe command engine reset.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You need to turn off Job Accounting.
You can do this through the System Menu.
There you will see User Login\Job Accounting, use the 3000 for the username and password.
You should find in there the option to turn Job Accounting off.
