    Google Connector issues

    Just in stalled Google Connector and update\fix on a TASKalfa 5053ci and a 7353ci. When I run Connector and click ALLOW and it bring up Gmail, Calendar and my Google Drive. I can see everything it them.

    But when my boss goes to his he can bring up his calendar and Google Drive but not his emails. The only thing different is he uses G Suite. Anyone had this problem with Google Connector not working with G Suite. Is there a way around it or a fix for it. Have already went into the Security tab and turned ON the "Less Secure App Access" and that did not help.

    Also when to try and send a Attachment (PDF) thru regular Gmail, it sends it but you can not open it up because it says it is either not supported, damaged or corrupt or the email was not correctly decoded.

    can we borrow your salesman for a few days?

    Our fleet have none using the Google Connector, or barely any other apps either. Issues like this make me glad that there aren't a lot of that stuff around here which would be very time-consuming to support($$ lost). Not many good experiences so far with apps...

    Have not had issues with Pin Point except users logging in somewhere else and then not being able to use Pin Point. Pin Point is tied to a specific machine and user, we have told them this time and time again.

    Found out that the Gmail sent thru Google Connector is not readable as a PDF even though it says it is a PDF. It opens up with Paint. Had the Kyocera people here and they said they would have the engineers work on it. If you send it to your google drive it sends and opens as a PDF. Just not the email.

    Google Connector only supports Gmail to the best of my knowledge. That's why you see everything for your Gmail but don't see emails for G-Suite. I've tried to make it work for G-Suite with no success.

    Sent a new update for Google Connector and tried it on the 508ci copiers and so far it works sending PDF emails out of GMail. Next going to try 5053ci or 7353ci.
