Hi everyone. I'm in the dot, my kyocera prints and scans as if it had eco mode on. I replaced the laser and developer and drum cmyk modules. Anyone seen something like this?

Looks like eco print is on. Turn that off for starters
Do a set of prints in 89. Post the colour belt pic.
What did you replace those units with? New or second hand? How is the transfer belt? Is it smooth and clean or has it deteriorated.?
Did you try drum and dev refresh?
Have you calibrated.
Too many questions to ask and not much info given here I’m afraid.
There are lots of scanner settings:
DPI resolution
original type
background
monochrome/color
eco mode
What settings are you using?
Try some of the other settings.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I replaced the dv and dr transfer belt with a used one from another good machine. I was doing u21 and updating the firmware. the printouts from the machine's computer and scanner are faint colors.
Explain to me please how a drum or developing unit could cause light scans.
I need to know. =^..^=

[QUOTE = blackcat4866; 1530349] Wyjaśnij mi proszę, w jaki sposób bęben lub jednostka wywołująca mogą powodować lekkie skany.
Muszę wiedzieć. = ^ .. ^ = [/ QUOTE]
I also copy faint colours
my English is poor. I have repaired a lot of such machines but this is my first problem.
I'll be more direct: The drum and developing unit are not used in scanning. If you get light images for both scanning and copying then the scanner is most likely the problem. =^..^=
Będę bardziej bezpośredni: bęben i jednostka wywołująca nie są używane do skanowania. Jeśli otrzymujesz jasne obrazy zarówno do skanowania, jak i kopiowania, najprawdopodobniej przyczyną problemu jest skaner.

will express more clearly. scanned image to computer is ok, copy and print are bad. Don't look for a problem that doesn't exist. please help with printing the machine.
