    Ropevira is right friend, the image you posted clearly shows that ecoprint is on, and it seems likely that could cause this issue. Best of luck, please let us know if you solve the issue and how.

    Eco print is off, I checked if there was any difference on it. Eco print turned off has the same effect. Refreshing does nothing.

    Then perhaps a charge issue? If the drum(s) are being charged past what is expected it could cause less toner to be attracted to the drum, leading to a faded image overall. Not sure what the best method to test this theory would be.

    My vote for troubleshooting is on secondary transfer poor efficiency. check that the contact spring as well the contact pad at the rear of the door for debris and deformation.

    The rear pad and spring gathers toner or other dust and will bleed current from HV causing low transfer efficiency.

    try stopping the copier during a print, and look at the transfer belt exposed face, is the image dense, or faint? and does image remain on the belt after it has passed the secondary, and returning toward the left side of machine(top of belt)? Then the secondary transfer isn't good.
