    Copystar CS307ci image quality

It has random black streaks lead edge to trail edge when printing or copying. I replaced the drum with no change. Machine has 29K color & 17K B/W.
It never does it with cyan, magenta, or yellow however it does leave black streaks when printing in color. Would the black developer be the next step ? What is the yield for drum/developer ?
    Thanks,
    Dave

We have had a number of this series fail with transfer belts dropping toner like this. Remove the belt and tip it on its side and likely it will drop a whole heap of toner out. We have been given no solution apart from replace the belt under warranty. Cleaning the belt out will only give you a very short lived fix.
