    4501i voip fax?

Have a client that just switched to voip for everything and of course now the analog fax no longer works. Anyone have any success in getting it to work with voip?

If you're still having trouble with it there is an entire course on Kyocera's learning center about troubleshooting and configuring fax over VOIP that would likely hit the issue. I don't remember much from it as that was like 30 courses ago for me but there were definitely some things to look for that are unique to VOIP.

There is a bulletin that outlines which settings to adjust for each machine using VoIP
