knowing the way most senior techs feel about engineers ( at least the copier design engineers ) that is more than likely a PLUS in the win column for you!

glad to have you on board here.

It appears to me that you're attempting to find the problem by checking/cleaning everything in the machine. That's really not a good method. I mean, you may end up and finding the problem that way but you're taking the long road. What I would do is swap the black charge roller with the yellow charge roller and see if the the black dots are now yellow. Let us know.

the photos I posted are from a few days ago, when I disassembled the machine to clean it, before writing in the fourm, I know very well that there is the problem, now I have to order the spare parts because here ( italy-Sardinia) there isnt nothing.

Excellent idea to swap the rollers, I could do it (waiting for the replacement) with the yellow color that for now it no has problems ... the black stains all my prints ... tonight I do. thanks: D

Just be careful taking stuff apart. You have no experience and it's easy to introduce a problem to the machine that wasn't there when you started. Good luck.

Thumbs up Re: kyocera taskalfa 3550ci - black dots in the prints

I made the change, I put the yellow roller in place of the black .... now the dots come out yellow .. so I confirmed that the problem is the rubber loading rollers which have small depressions. I overlapped the sheet and the position of the printed dots also coincides with the depressions of the rollers. Now at least if I print in black and white the print is clean
