The dots are in one part of the sheet at a length of about 28mm. Carlo
The problem is at charge roller . If you check it carefully you will notice that at some points are pressed .
    Replace charge roller

Hello guys, I wanted to thank you for your assistance. The ro charge rollers have arrived, I have replaced them and now everything is ok, the print is perfect and clean. I am attaching some photos of worn parts and with the new rollers. For the change rollers I opted for a competitor product, unfortunately the single charge roller has a high cost and considering that it is a photocopier that I had already bought used I opted to save money. They probably won't last as long as the originals but I'm happy ... a bit like when buying competitor spare parts for the car.

    Congratulations on your success. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The issue is the charge roller. Somewhere on the charge roller, there's a little dent that causes the black dots. Remove the charge roller, and inspect it carefully, turning it slowly as you inspect it. Somewhere on it, you will find a faint, little dent. A new charge roller will fix the issue.
