So I've got a test case going:
It's had two black drums for this same issue within 36K. It's low volume, and in an open area (sports dome). The sleep timer is now changed from 240minutes to 5minutes, with the customers approval. The wake up time is negligible on this machine. Once you wake it, it's maybe 25 seconds until it prints.

    We shall see ...

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I believe the lowering the sleep mode will help reduce the issue. I have noticed on other machines lowering the sleep timer has helped a lot with reducing the prolonged heat damage caused by the fuser, i.e. fuser roller flat spots, premature fuser bearing wear (clicking on the Sharp Frontier series), premature plastic failure, etc.
