    NEW WEBSITE NAVIGATION

Wondering where we find firmware for older machines now. Not liking this new website yet, hard find things. It's like they merged consumer side with dealer side. Hoping get more used to it, anyone else having troubles ?

    Agreed!
We were looking for hypas and other apps.
We had to call tech support twice.
They are loaded with calls about, all this we are taking about.

Not sure if it has all the older machines but you can download the firmware packages from KFS. Click at the top right of the screen next to your login name where it says Devices. Select Administration then the page that loads will have firmware packages on the 3rd tab over.

Agreed, what a mess! I had to use a different model to load a driver for a 4501i and a 5551i. I know they all basically use the same driver so I chose a model listed, used the 8.01 KX driver and it worked.
