    M5521cdw fuser temp adjust?

We have a client with a few of these that all seem to work fine except one. Distributor says we need to adjust fuser temp. Anyone know how?

yes I know that but then when they print it will ask to load thicker paper. This is a busy little office and they won’t do that. There is no service mode to adjust?

nope, there is no service mode to change this. just try to "teach" your customer how to do it using the manual.

Don't change the paper type, change the media setting for for Plain. Default should be Normal 2, changing the weight to Normal 3 will make is hotter, changing to Normal 1 will make it cooler.
