    Re: A4 drums DK-5140

Any new updates on these drum dash marks?
Every time I put an order in for the DK-5140A 302NR93180 I just keep receiving a "normal" DK-5140 302NR93014

In some cases ours don't last 2 months before they get the dashes back.

can this get better by using maximum power saving so that the heat inside the device near the black drum is minimized?
What are the power save(timer) settings that are used in your environment?

    Definitely YES.

Set your energy save settings to 5 minutes or less, or even better: Silent Mode.

It's the only real long term solution. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
