I've successful disassembled two or three of these developing units, but have never reassembled one. It's glued shut, not made to refurbish. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

TKA-08-D will work but you have to tone it with toner, 7%.

Sorry Mate I am not a Kyocera Tech. Learned this years ago when we had some Task Alfa 4501 and they would bleed down the developer and give light prints. We had weighed several new Dev Units and got a average gross weight, We mixed the carrier with some toner, 7.5 % added through the toner inlet until we achieved the correct weight. We could salvage the developers that way.

If I were you I would replace the unit.
