I tried it on a KM-7002i. I got a fuzzy-ball of what could be carpet lint, but did scratch up the white coated developing roller. Only on Kyocera is that coating so sensitive. A month later I ended up changing that developing unit for a different problem (overtoning). The scratches did not seem to affect the image quality.Originally Posted by BillyCarpenter

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
