    Copystar CS 3550ci Buzzing (Grinding) Right side Transport Assy Dood

    What is the part I need to fix this ? I used to just change the whole door out to fix this but I don't currently have any.... Thanks so much for your help !!!

    It is usually 302K924782 the plastic housing cracks and the worm gears pop

    Are you getting a C2730 maybe? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I have been looking at the Service manual... What is the best way to take the transport assy apart to get at it. Thanks !!

    You'll have to separate the 2nd transfer assembly from the outer door. You don't need to remove the door. But the springs are surprisingly beefy, that's what breaks the housing. IIRC you can slip the coil springs out before disassembly, then slip them back in after re-assembly. =^..^=
