Fs 2040dn plain white pages while printing and copying

Facing issue with Kyocera fs 2040dn.the machine printing and copying blank white pages.has hardly done 40k.
I have cross checked dp unit ,drum unit,main board and power suplly in another machine.all are ok
Has any one face such issue

Yes totally blank.had it been laser then machine would have given code .no image is formed on drum if I stop paper mid way.

I was also thinking of interchanging hvpcb but it is a tire some job.will do it tomorrow and update.

check the drum shield it may not be swinging out of the way, you can just remove it

Possibly stuck laser shutter but I believe they did away with them on this series.

Have faced this problem with control PCB. However the issue was resolved later, changes have been made in control pcb in current model.

Yes it was control pcb.in old models there is issue with this pcb
