The customer said the power went out over the weekend and now it won't print. The copier is on a static IP address. I checked for IP conflicts. None found. I can ping the copier, however, I can't access the Command Center. A couple of weeks ago they had a new Cisco router installed. I'm thinking it could be some kind of firewall setting that could be blocking the printer, but I have no idea. I told the customer to have his guy check it out and get back with me.

Any ideas?
