Copystar CS 5551 Faint (Unreadable) Copies

Hello, This machine has been at the customers location for 4 months working fine. Suddenly the machine started printing light copies. (B&W and Color) I printed the status page and printed light. I did a factory default reset and no change. I stopped the copy midway and the transfer belt also has a light copy on it. Not sure where to go from here... Any help is very appreciated.

Do this. Go to U089 and print out the internal test charts.

Are all colors faded or just one?

Also print out the event log and post it.

Also, what's the counters for this machine? I'm sure you checked for moisture in paper. If not, open up a fresh ream. And it would be very helpful if you can share some examples. Not the status page but the test charts.
