Kyocera 6003i, Adobe acrobat printing to mailbox.

So, I have a 6003i that has nearly every option you can get. And amazingly everything seems to be running fine. The users have the newest version of the KX driver, I just have one issue. When a user prints from Adobe Acrobat she selects her mailbox tray, but the print comes out in the printer default tray. The MFP is defaulted to send print jobs to tray A. She selects tray 5 and it comes out in A. If she opens the PDF in another program it will print to whatever tray she selects. Why would Acrobat be any different? Tried to bring up using a different PDF editor, that's a hard nonstarter. Anybody have anything like this happen? Thanks in advance for any help.

Two options does it do the same if you change emulation?
The other would look for a setting in Adobe that has a tray selection that would overide the print driver.

The driver is set to the mailbox tray. Everything else that is printed goes to the mailbox. Acrobat is the only program that sends to the copier default.

I couldn't find anything in Adobe that would override the driver. I didn't think about changing emulation, but that would be definitely worth a shot.

Select Print as Image in the Advanced Print Setup dialog box.
Disable Enhanced Security in the Acrobat preferences; it's in the Security (Enhanced) category.
Make sure that Acrobat is up-to-date by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

I would bet a dollar it's an Adobe setting, they are perfectly happy to override anything else on the way. I had a customer whose prints were coming out oversized (running through the margins) and once I realized it was only happening in Adobe it took me like 15m of digging around settings to find it. Granted mailbox selection is a bit different, good luck.

That's the problem. No matter what tray I select, Adobe will print to tray A. Totally defeats the purpose of the mailbox.

This is going on the short list of things to try. Thanks!
