It seems about every week or so, PinPoint Scan disappears from the homescreen and homescreen settings of our customer's machine. It remains installed and listed under the applications setting... We fix this by going to the applications setting, deactivating and reactivating the license; it reappears on the homescreen. It works as a temporary fix, but every 1 to 2 weeks, it happens again. The firmware is up to date. I have no clue would could be causing this. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
