Customer called and said the copier says load paper in tray 4 when printing to it (Pic attached). I assume that the paper tray settings in the driver are not set right but the customer says they are. I am heading there in the morning and any help would be very helpful. Thanks !!!IMG_0522.JPG
It's telling you to load Custom3 media type, not plain. It's probably using the windows driver, not the KX.

No, It shows ledger. Tray 1 and 2 are loaded with ledger and 3 and 4 letter paper.
Is there a C26xx error message stored?
If tray #3 or tray #4 is overloaded, the paper pickup motor will stall, and isolate trays #3 and #4. My suggestion is to make sure that all jams are cleared and paper not overloaded. Perform partial reset U906.

I will give this a shot Monday morning. Also going to remove the old windows drivers. Hopefully that will finally fix it. I will post my results on Monday... Thanks so much for all your help !!!
Is the issue only with tray 4?
Update the firmware after deleting the skip file, possibly it has been corrupted.
