Check to make sure both trays are set to auto paper size. Kyoceras will not use a tray for fax reception if it has been manually set to a size.Originally Posted by bronco31

My first inclination was the Auto size detection ... but the newer Kyoceras allow you to "group" paper trays that you want to auto paper switch. You can find it in the Command Center.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

will double check APS enabled Tray 1 and 2.. and Group cassettes thru web portal.. thanks all
(so much of our job is tuning)
I think they have to be the same orientation in order for the fax to use both cassettes.
