TA 4012i jam 4901

Hi All

Have this machine giving me issues on jam 4901. The exit unit is the only unit already replaced but made no difference at all. The only other parts replacement was feed rollers on Cass 1 and 2 just for FYI.

I do not find any service bulletin on this.

Any suggestions please.

My thoughts on this is to try and replace the fuser next and see if it helps.

On several systems we removed item #11 + #12 from exit unit and it works well.
Mostly if bad kind of paper would used, we got this jam code.

Thank you for your reply. I will remove these items from the exit unit and test on my next visit.
