3552ci jam 0105

So I have this very strange jam going on and it only happens in quiet mode. when this machine is in quiet mode it will sit there and say preparing to print and it can take up to 10 min and sometimes during that process it will get a c6000 code. j0105 pertains to a firmware issue but I updated that and replaced with a new fuser. usually when it gets the jam code its printing or copying and paper never leaves the cassette open the right door and it starts copying. changed all timer settings for quick recovery. Tried a new exit unit, feed drive assy, measured voltage from wall seems good. anybody see this before? also made sure machine setting were on factory settings too.
