Just curious if anyone has had the issue of seeing the developer and drum units where the grey latch (as I call it) won't stay in place when pushed in.
Had to replace the black units and noticed the yellow and cyan units were not locked in.
I have changed components in the past without any problem. I have seen some machines where the customer has tried to remove the units thinking they were
toner cartridges and released the units and I would reseat and lock in without a problem.
I did discuss with Kyocera USA support and their database indicated there had been a similar issue(s) and resolved by replacing the drum/developer units as there was nothing
else related to resolve the problem.
Appreciate any replies from anyone else who might have had this happen.
