FS-1300D: How to remove black line on left edge of paper?

Hi. For a short period I went from printing on A4 paper, to printing on A5 paper. I'm now back to printing on A4 paper. But a black line about 4mm wide appears all the way down the left hand side of the paper. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.

Yes. I moved the cleaner thing up and down and then made sure it was locked in it's "home" position. This has solved the problem. Thank you. Rich
