3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

I just happened to run across this thread. Yea, aftermarket toner definitely causes that problem. I have very few kyocera desktops (don't like them) but a buttload of 255/6525's in the field. Pretty much every customer running between 15k and 60k and year I have is using one except for the ones starting to upgrade. Found this problem years ago with aftermarket toner, about 20% of them would cause this problem even though they all came from the same vendor. Price on them is great though, so about half my customers don't even do 2 sided, they get aftermarket and don't care. The others get OEM. Works for me. Other than that they've never given me a problem.
