Hello, how to reset the login and password for the web interface? Login and password have lost the previous admin. Maybe by prescribe command?

Log into the machine's “User Login/Job Accounting” function under the system menu
with the supervisor account (IE; 4500, 4500 on a TA-4551ci).

For Printers;
• From the printer menu, go to User / Job account select OK
• Log on P/W for Device (See Above)
• Go to User Login Set select OK
• Local User List select OK
• Admin select OK
• Arrow to Login User Name – Edit
(This is where you reset User Name default - Admin)
• Arrow over to Login P/W – Edit
(This is where you reset P/W default -Admin)
• After resetting P/W you will be prompted for a 2nd time to confirm.
• Back out and turn printer off / on and you should be able now to log in the Command
Center RX with your new U/N &n P/W.
DO NOT share this info with customers.

You also can run Data Sanitization unter System/ Network/Data Security.
But you will loose all data

GeneOR95 unfortunately I have no "User Login Set" and "Local User List" in my printer's menu map.
KYO_OEM I have no "System". I have "Security" but under it I only have "I/F Block" and "Security level"
Any other ideas?

Do you see on status page above remaining toner amount, the line "Data Sanitization" ?
If you run this feature, you`ll see date and time stamp after it would executed.
But i don`t remember the exact location in service menue...
But it must be a hidden point, you has to type in 2600/2600 before.

You has to ask KYO for CCRX reset file.

The default login user name and login password at the factory shipment is set as below.
Login User Name: 4000 or 3500
Login Password: 4000 or 3500

Without card autentification kit installed, you are not able to create new user with admin rights!
