Private Print

I have a customer (IT SUPPORT) that sends private print jobs over their network (Windows Server 2012 R2) and the machine TASKalfa 5053ci will not hold the
print jobs in the job box.
The print job prints out no mater what. Trying a users desktop on the same network with the latest KX driver gives the same results when setting up the job tab within the driver.

To rule out the machine I can print through a network cable with a laptop and it works no problem.

I suspect the customer's server is causing the problem with a permission set to cause the issue.

Just reaching out for any suggestions that might assist with resolving the problem.

Try updating the firmware copier sounds like a bug.
