KM 3035 Job Acct User Password on Newly purchased machine

I haven't been out there yet but when the customer turns the machine on (KM 3035) it needs a user name input. This machine was just purchased (Hopefully not for much...) My question is, can I turn this off in service mode or do I need a admin user number. Thanks for any help !!!

You can press the */counter button above the number pad, turn off management.

I do that when customers don't want to pay, turn it on, and when machine turns off or go to sleep, it wakes up asking for the code.

Holy smokes just bought this machine??? Release date is 2003?? I don't think you can get toner for it much less parts. Hope it works out for them. They are tanks and I still have 11 in the field, they wont die!!!!

Oh I know, They just won't die... If it weren't for the ADF rollers getting spongy. These machines would still be out there. I think that the Kyocera was a "Gimmee" for a company struggling to recover from covid...
