Hi Guys,
I have a TASKalfa 307ci who throws this error codes.
Do you know what does it mean?
I've already update KX print driver on PC and firmware is to the latest version.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,
Kyove

I think this is referring to "An error is detected at the Job control section" when printing. Have found if you turn on "Auto Error Clear Mode" it usually takes care of the problem. There is a error printing a job because it does not like the format, it is corrupt, etc.
Are you sure it's not CF46F?
Is your enduser printing directly from webpages, or from a Mac computer? That's the usual cause.
If it's webpages look for a button "View as PDF" or "Printable View" The idea is to remove those web links that look suspiciously like PreScribe commands. If it's a MAC ... I don't have any suggestions. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Kyo engine software developers really, REALLY need to implement some error handling! How, in this day and age, is it possible for a sophisticated ASIC machine such as this to simply give up and throw a cryptic error code and crash requiring power cycle, every time a user sends a job which doesn't fit the parameters perfectly?? We can sandbox tasks and whole machine ecosystems virtually within the available resources, yet we can't friggin handle some poorly formatted image data or PCL error and disrupt the whole device?
Do our competitors' products behave this way?
