The jam codes are 0501 and 0511 and I have replaced paper feed clutch, registration clutch, conveying clutch, and the main motor. Has anyone seen and remedied this issue.
Thanks in advance

What about the rollers, and the pickup pressure spring? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The Jam codes you provided have nothing to do with the parts you already replaced. 501 codes would be worn pickup and feed rollers and a 511 code would indicate that the retard roller in the cassette is not functioning properly. If you rotate the retard roller in the cassette do you see a flat spot? A good indication that the torque limiter in the retard assembly is caked up with paper dust not allowing it to rotate and the retard roller rubber has been worn down allowing multiple sheets to be fed.
I would try another retard roller.. maybe the torq limiter is faulty.
Also i would try some other paper. Last lot of A4 Navigator paper caused jamming in Canon C3725i (Canon technician mentioned the last lot of Navigator is bad quality).
To this day navigator was very good quality paper.
Make sure the spring is still there on the roller holder unit. About 80% of the time i follow up a jamming issue that a tech was just out at replacing the feed rollers the spring will be missing and its not putting enough pressure on the paper to pick it up.
There is probably a missing spring as suggested by other replies.
Most likely it is the pickup pressure spring. I attached a picture, item 24. There is a retard roller pressure spring in the cassette as well.
I've gotten these codes when the side guides were 1mm too tight, causing the paper to bridge up in the middle. Same with the endstop. =^..^=

Might look at the switch under the reg roller. If customer took a p-jam out by pulling the paper the wrong way it can bind the paper switch right there or knock it slightly our of place. Resetting it with your finger is easy. Had this happen half a dozen times.
