    Kyocera P4040dn fuser problem.

I have the Kyocera ECOSYS P4040dn (A3 paper format). And I'm trying to find some fuser roller for its. Fuser assembled is FK-7300, but it costs to much (like new printer). Anybody know which fuser roller come there? (it has d=30mm).

    Which A3 printer cost around 500€ ?

Looks like fair price for fuser unit.

Anyway it is 500k unit. So not only fusing roller is worn out. Bushings and bearings and all the components will be failing in future.

Its analog (Kyocera P4140dn) costs near 800€. The fuser unit FK-7300 for Kyocera P4040dn costs near 400€.
The fuser unit on this printer has printed only 130k pages (not 500k), and the fuser roller surface is damaged (teflon coating has worn off).

L'unità fusore di questa stampante ha stampato solo 130 k pagine (non 500 k) e la superficie del rullo fusore è danneggiata (il rivestimento in teflon si è consumato).
from the photo I found on the web the upper fuser looks similar to that of the 3010

If you mean the Kyocera Taskalfa 3010, it has a different fuser roller (it dosen't look like this).

The fuser roller from P4040 looks like the fuser roller from Kyocera FS-4100 (but the FS-4100 has A4 paper format).

    The fuser roller from P4040dn:

I'm not much fa miliar with kyo but I know for some models it makes more sense to buy a complete MK kit wich includes more PM parts and isn't much more pricey compared to buying just the FK/DK.. stuff.

The MK-7300 service kit for P4040dn costs more than the new printer P4040dn.

Does anybody know - what is the deameter for the transfer roller in the Kyocera KM-8030/6030 TASKalfa 820 620?

I feel like I should know this, since I worked on quite a lot of the Harriers, but I do not, and Kyocera did not include a repetitive defect chart in the earlier manuals, which includes CS-8030 and CS-820. If my imagination is accurate, I am imagining that transfer roller at ~25mm diameter.

The fuser roller is probably ~60mm diameter. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
