Btw I had a spare used belt, but when I was getting ready to install the belt, the lift handle broke and belt shattered on the floor FML...

If you have 1mm of space underneath the corner of the belt assy, you could cut a piece of 1mm thick black plastic to layer under the two parts, clean all of the surfaces with alcohol, attach with two part epoxy, then shape the resulting edges. Please excuse the poor quality of the illustration:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If printer is working, doesn´t the resistor overheat?
Yesterday when I was replacing those caps, they were charged and when I shorted 1 of them exploded
I think that I switched off machine and then pulled power cable. Should have just pulled power cable so they could discharged...

With a sufficiently high value of resistor, the dissipation as heat will be low enough to be safe, yet high enough to dissipate the stored energy within a reasonable amount of time after powered-off. It is a normal feature of just about all mains voltage power devices such as wall warts, appliances, light bulbs, etc to have a high value resistor across the high voltage caps.

It would hopefully also be enough to clamp the crazy high voltages that seem to find their way into the caps when the power is noisy. That is admittedly happening inside some of the power supplies of the FS-C 85xx and TA-255-like device lines, per the bulletin.
