Kyocera 2 and 3 Series Separation rollers.

I’m curious if anyone else has seen or has the part number for the updated Separation roller in these copiers. The original roller is part #303LL07190, but I’ve seen an updated Sep roller that has a lot more grit than that original yellow roller. Does anyone know the part number for that gritty sep roller? Thanks in advance.

If you don't have that, I use Konica Minolta rollers A00J 5636 00. They'll consistently last 300K, and are not difficult to press off/on to the old hubs. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

True for feed rollers but these gents are discussing the ADF sep roller.

Did they really change the roller surface or just the color? The yellow ones seen to work well but they looked crappy after a bit of use. If the gray ones are really a change, then I may do well to get a few for some of my higher volume ADFs.

Now there may be a subject, high volumes on ADFs that are attached to mid to low volume machines.

As for what blackcat alluded to, I often wondered about that (putting a Konica Minolta roller; P/N A00J 5636 00; on the shaft of a Kyocera separation feed roller). However, I never worked at a place where Konica Minolta and Kyocera were sold at the same time so I couldn't try it.

    Thanks blackcat!

The Kyocera black rollers can last less than 100K depending on the model. But most of the Kyocera rollers are exactly the same size as those KM rollers. And the ribbed pickup roller works nicely also. I made up a roller press ... where's the thread ... here:
