ERRORE DI INVIO EMAIL SU KYOCERA TASK ALF 3511i

Buongiorno,
Ho configurato email su Kyocera 3511i, ma quando invio un documento mi compare questo messaggio ( controllare i metodi di autenticazione del mittente e del contatto) se puo' essere di aiuto il cliente a tiscali.
Gentilmente qualcuno pio' suggerirmi qualche soluzione.
