did you run the maintenance modes afterwards? so that it knows it has new parts. did you run any calibrations?

Looks like gear lash from worn drive pack.

Run U89 grey print of cmyk and see if pattern is less prominent in K vs others. (Different drive motor/gear train)

Thanks for your reply, the thin vertical lines are both on colors and gray, we did a U021 reset and all the MK adjustment...(U952 etc..)

Perhaps Paper drive is affected and not image drive.

Waste toner auger is driven from PF drive. Check for build-up or difficult rotation of auger drive gear where PF drive engages, the WT clogging is common issue.

The issue is visible on the belt, so i think is not a papre feed problem...

It is difficult to analyse from the shared picture.
Please share U089/ color belt + U000/ maintenance report.
If i would called for help, i always ask for reports and internal printouts..
What do you think why it would implemented from japanese engineers?
It's easier for analysing problems like yours.

Good info to include in original post (panic stop observation), this is in area before transfer operation (underside) or after transfer (topside)?

Get those U89 samples and Maint. Report. (Help us help you)

Still, check Waste toner bottle to insure it rotates while engine cycles with WT door switch cheated. Common issue of WT bottle non-rotation can clog TX belt cleaner as well as rear auger.

Ensure TX belt setting procedure is performed (MM469 Belt Initialize)
