Check wiring and make sure that connections are secure. Firmware up to date. Image drive PWB. Engine PWB.

    +1
The manual also refers to feed image PWB. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

+2 on Firmware and not over KFS unless you read the release notes (so FUBAR)

U135 -> Check Toner motor operation (do not drive for too long) and check for (k) sensor value change.

    HOP_PLS_BK is YC11 pin5 of...Image Drive PWB (sry BC)

Any solution? Same symptom at a little over 4,000 prints, C7301

This one is getting funky. If you are authorized, have your manager call the Kyo rep because that hop_pls_bk signal needs checking while running U135 along with some other signals like Hopper full.
