Did you run the Turbo or the Full? Kyocera says if you are having issues to run the Full version instead of the Turbo.

Did you contact support and see what they day?

Our similar issue our rep came out and installed a brand new PM kit fixed it. Always unplug machine on these too, for proper serial number resets.

I know it sounds unbelievable but I think the idea is a corrupt consumable and just shotgun it.

It also can be a broken DV unit....
I would disassemble all 4 DKs and DVs and reassembling only step by step
Start with BK DK---BK DV----MG DK---MG DV----until you reach yellow units
After each step i would check SNs by U117 + U984 until i found the broken one.

    By the way:
You can be happy that it happens on xx53ci instead of xx54ci.
If C7903 or any other print unit related C-Call will appear on new series, no way to enter LLU related service points.
    NO U110, U117, U127, U158, and so on.....
I checked the new Partial Operation Function for training and found that the
"Partial Operation Function" will prohibit the entrance to these important service points.
At the moment i am fighting against KDC because of this behavior.
They won`t accept to activate these SPs again...
They wrote that these SPs are still available, but they forgot that we must use 1087 1087 instead of the factory code (xxxx****)
My 1. training course will start next week and i has to tell the guys that its still under investigation because it won`t work as descriped....
