Kyocera 2552ci only prints on reboot

This is probably a simple fix but it's kicked my ass.

The customer has about 15 desktops and 2 laptops. All are printing wirelessly. All are running Windows 10 Pro. All of them print fine except for one of the WIndows 10 Laptops The KX drivers installs with no issue but no test print is printed. In fact, nothing will print. But when I reboot the laptop all of the pages print.

    Any ideas?

    Load the correct print driver
Did you configure the KX driver after install?

    Windows up to date?

It is the correct driver. I delivered the copier yesterday. All are windows 10 machines. All have the same driver.

Reboot and print what does that tell where the problem is?

    What no wireshark troubleshooting?

Turn off ( enable advanced printing features
Turn off SNMP from the port settings

Is there a reason why you are always mean to Billy?

What bsm2 is alluding to is that if your print jobs are sitting in the queue waiting to be printed there is a network problem and you need to be talking about what Port you used, testing basic ping to determine actually connectivity, then checking Queue status for 'Offline' indications from SNMP messages.

ToddAnderson actually has the best idea because we can probably assume Billy used standard TCP/IP ports and did auto-discovery with the installer so the networking portion should be fine.

I can ping the printer fine. The port is TCP/IP. There's no problem with connectivity. The print Queue says "printing" for about 30-seconds and then it says "error", cannot print document.

I installed 15 PC's at the same account with no problem. It's only this one laptop that's giving me issues. The customer let me bring the laptop back to the shop and it's the same thing.

I unchecked "advanced printing" and I turned off SNMP with no success.

Sounds like a spooler error. The spooler would restart on reboot.

Use the Kyocera Uninstall tool to remove any Kyocera drivers and then reinstall just in case the drivers have corrupted.
