Does it slowly fade or is it bam faded prints? If it slowly fades then I think you've got a toner adding problem. I had one where the customer prints a lot of high coverage setting calibration to short seemed to help massively. I also set u325 to mode 2 which someone on here suggested again helped.

I think theres a fault with kyo and certain coverage on the faster engines. I've seen a few with high coverage do it on the 52 53 series. Need some 089 test prints posting on here so we can help better.

I believe blackcat asked for test prints twice and now this is the 3rd time someone has asked. The OP need to make it happen.

Hello all, sorry for the delayed response. We replaced the plain PCs and the issue is resolved. We knew it wasn’t adding toner and suspected a board. The main pwb was replaced this morning and all is well.
