    Setup tool works great however it will not move over SMTP settings and the most important thing, the password that was used to setup SMTP scan to email.
    If customer does not scan to email, you are good to go with just setup tool.

    We only ever use KMNV. Yes, itís not intuitive and you would need some instructions on its use, but allows you to pretty much clone almost all the settings from an old model to the new one.
    It allows you to save a file onsite and take it back to the office or via Teamviewer do the retrieval remotely.
    Install into new device and send it out.

    Where did you get the setup tool? I use net viewer but I can see setup tool being useful as well.
