Hi all, does anyone know how to put our company logo onto the home screen on the Taskalfa C2553 machines.
    Thanks in anticipation

First you have to create the jpeg in the correct size, load it on a USB stick and then run U224.

I misspoke. It's been a while since I've done this but here's what you need to know:

Copy the files to an USB-stick and load the files to the machine using U224. The files are :

    callwin_ext_image.png 180x200pix max 1Mb
    callwin_ext_mes_detail.txt
    callwin_ext_mes_top.txt
    opening_ext_image.png 800x400pix max 1Mb

Use an application like Irfanview to format your image to 800x400 pixels, .png file format, and named exactly as specified. Use simulation U224 to import the image.

Embrace the process, not the outcome.

    Maybe these documents may help:
    Attached Files Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Do you want to create a home screen logo or boot screen logo?

i agree with the other post. and it must be exact as specified. file size and type, if those are off it won't work. and i don't remember the kyocera model. but i did changed that file before, once it is changed it can't be changed back to the default.
