The problem appeared after the use of Genuine kyocera toners.
I just bought a set of compatible, because the printer did not work properly.
Yes. The belt will be fine. It’s the auger that removes the waste toner that seizes up and rounds off the shaft inside the gear. It’s probably already done that, but I wouldn’t do any more prints till till it’s been removed and cleaned out and checked to be rotating. If you’ve only done 7 k you may be lucky and the drum might be ok, but the waste from the TR belt also travels through the drums auger.
Sometimes you just need the transfer belt, sometimes tr belt and drum. Depends what’s damaged.

PS. I also hate generic toners with a passion, but this issue can and does also occur with genuine.

There have been updates to the primary transfer belt unit. If this is the original one, it's common to have belt cleaning issues.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
