Sure! When you make more prints, it will increment upwards. Make as many as you want! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Easiest way I’ve found to do this is to run ten million prints through it.
When it clocks over from 9,999,999 it will be new again.
Let’s just say it can’t be done……and if it could, it’s probably illegal, much the same way you can copy money…
Kyocera products allow for a one-time reset to 0, ONLY IF the total count is under 1,000. For instance, usage on the demo floor. Once it passes 1,000 it cannot be reset.
