Hi.
Which Hi Voltage board did you replace.
High Voltage Transfer SP
Or
High Voltage Main SP
Whichever one you changed, I’d replace the other before an engine board…just a thought.

Tried a belt, transfer HV PWB and Engine PWB on a 3252ci, and didn't resolve it. Anyone fix theirs ?

If you have trouble with ID sensors you must get C7601 or C7602.
Visible on event log only. (similar to C761x and C7620)
Cleaned and reseated the ID sensors and then replaced the unit and it's still not cleaning.
Picking it up tomorrow to continue troubleshooting it in our office.
I had this exact same problem. I replaced transfer belt, the little transfer connect PCB located in the front, and HV PCB.
You may have already checked this but thought I mention anyway.
Calibration Marks not being cleaned off the belt in time for a clean print job.
The problem ended up being the black spring-loaded high voltage housing. The long STRAIGHT part of the contact springs were out of its track (not tucked in properly inside the little tabs of the housing). I couldn't recognize the problem until I fully removed this part from the machine. see pic. Check all spring contacts for deformity.
