Kyocera TA 4054ci - brand code ?

Setting up a NEW Kyocera TASKalfa 4054ci and it is asking for a Brand Code ? The document they sent with the Activation code does not show a Brand Code. Where do I get this or does someone know what code it is looking for.

Can someone send me Tech Bulletin #1. Someone said it is in there. Looked on Kyocera support site and do not find TB #1. Or can someone tell me how to find TB #1.

Just looked at the service manual and all it says is
"Enter the brand code shown on the envelope included in the kit."

240volt models don't have this brand code.
