    3252ci colorful streaks

    20220616_172214.jpg

2 new Transfer belts TR8550 are doing this.

When I put the old one back in it goes way.

Drums and dvs we're recently replaced too.
    OEM toner.

    Edited post:
Seems like lines only appear and stays on the belt where it doesn't clean off during a calibration (U464, U469...)

Otherwise copies and print jobs are pristine and clear from streaks: see here

I've seen this issue where one of the pins on the transfer belt harness was bent and not making connection to supply power to the transfer cleaning motor. The machine didn't throw a 1950 or any codes. Check your pins where you plug the transfer belt in. I've also had to put some cardboard behind the connector on the belt itself to push it far enough forward to make good connection.

Thanks Kyo. I've seen these particular marks when I've had a Hanabi primary transfer belt unit apart, and I forgot that spring at the front left ... that provides a bias voltage for the cleaning roller.

    "I wonder where this spring goes ... ? I'm thinking it's important ... " =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

On Hanabi KM-2550ci transfer belt unit it's on the front left. I can't say if that same layout is used on the Iris2.
