Reset administrator password in CommandCenter for FS-1350DN ?

Sorry but had you read my info.

I have only "Command Center" NOT the "CommandCenterRX" , on my CC I can't set a user.
Only the Login-Password was asked.

Just for the heck of it try Admin/Admin in the command center.

Yes I tried it on CommandCenter, but Admin was not the correct PW

I know admin00 was the default Password but I doesn't work on my CommandCenter.
This was the problem because I try to reset the CommanCenter with it's settings.

But in this forum I believe nobody knows any successfully way.

If its the option is available on this model, set Security to 'LOW' first via 'System' in the Menu, (you need the local login code) then power OFF/ON and send this prescribe....

Now i've reset the printer and the command center. It works well. And i changed the Password to my own.
